About TexScope
TexScope began with a clinical need: better access to timely swallowing diagnostics when transport, scheduling or equipment can get in the way.
Today, TexScope provides mobile, on-site FEES for acute and post-acute care organizations, with a service model shaped around facility workflows.

The origin
In clinical practice, Casey identified a gap in access to timely, bedside swallow diagnostics—particularly when transport, scheduling and equipment limitations delayed care. TexScope was built to address that need.
The company provides on-site endoscopic swallow evaluations across acute and post-acute care settings as a specialized, outsourced diagnostic solution. Its work is designed to integrate with the clinical team and provide information that supports timely care decisions.
What began as a single-clinician model has grown into a team of highly trained endoscopists, expanding access to specialized swallow diagnostics across Texas.
